“I was exercising but not seeing the results I wanted. I wasn’t consistent or really motivated. I didn’t
believe I could really look & feel good again. Scott created a personal training regime especially for
me. He guided me through it with great ease and patience and it was fun! We used a great variety
modalities: ball exercises, free weights, cardio, dance moves and don’t get me started on all the
different types of ab workouts. This has resulted in me achieving my goals way beyond my
